Mark has a strong technical background with a degree in computer engineering and over 15 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for world-leading clients. His areas of expertise cover computer hardware and software, artificial intelligence and machine learning, medical devices, and mechanical technologies. In addition to obtaining hundreds of issued patents for his clients, Mark’s practice at FIG. 1 focuses on building strong, competitor relevant portfolios through claim charting and directed prosecution. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star each of the past four years (2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021).
